“Melissa has been an inspiration in my life, and EBT has given me new ways to work through events in my life.” —Stacy, Hagerstown, Maryland

“EBT has assisted me in moving from a stage of ambivalence with regard to my health, to a state of action. There were so many nights where the urge to eat seemed overwhelming. There was a part of me that needed something, but I was unable to listen to that part of me that had a message and a need. Eating seemed to be the answer and it worked for years. I have found out that it’s integrity that was needed, and wanted. WOW, what a big step forward.” —Dave, Hagerstown, Maryland

“I rewired a circuit around panic and lost 11 pounds during the 7 weeks of Wired for Freedom. I lost another 9 pounds in the month that followed. It just clicked for me… these tools (EBT) have changed my life forever!” —Molly, Arnold, Maryland
